I’m really excited for my Banana Boat Breakfast Protein Shake in the morning. Every time I get a craving, I just think about how much better it will taste if I wake up feeling hungry!

Noms: Breakfast: Half a cup of tea and a Luna Bar (Eek!) Post-Workout: Protein Shake Lunch: Cream of mushroom soup, honey wheat bagel with creamed cheese, 2 eggs, hashbrowns (Cream was mentioned too many times in this lunch!) Dinner: Salad (Romaine, onion, green pepper, and black beans with Olive oil/lemon dressing), 6 soy chicken nuggets Snack: Might have a yogurt or piece of fruit later...

It’s one of those nights.
Late night snack, anyone?
Add one chobani yogurt, a banana with peanut butter, an apple, and 2 bowls of multi-grain squares with milk to my intake. That’s like, what… over 1,000 calories? That takes me to more than 2,800 calories today. Wtf? That can’t be right :( It takes 3,500 to gain a pound, right? So it’s not a tragedy. But still, that’s annoying. (The food was delicious though :) )

"Loose" vs Lose?
Why does everyone on tumblr say “loose” instead of lose? Loose is for when a piece of clothing is too big on you. Lose is when you want to lose weight. Every post on here says “I really want to loose weight.” It looks wrong and sounds funny, drives me crazy!

Today
I am going to force myself on the treadmill later for a while, drink lots of water, and avoid any alcohol consumption tonight with my friends. Tomorrow I will wake up feeling great and I will continue feeling great for…ever! (Okay not likely haha, but I’m really trying to be positive.)
